Mr. Samuda is an Attorney-at-Law and Managing Partner of the law firm Samuda & Johnson. He is Chairman of Television Jamaica Limited (TVJ), President of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of Sabina Park Holdings Limited, Chairman of the Institute of Law and Economics and Deputy Chairman of the Technology Innovation Centre of UTECH. He is a Director of Berger Paints Jamaica Limited, National Outdoor Advertising Limited, Movements Dance Company of Jamaica Limited and is a resource person to the Jamaica Tourist Board. He is also a member of the Competent Authority of the UK-Jamaica Co-Production Film Treaty, of the Jamaica Intellectual Property Office, of the Government’s International Finance Centre Advisory Committee and of the Advisory Board of the Spanish Jamaica Foundation and also serves as the Foundation’s Secretary. Mr. Samuda also serves as Chairman of the Wolmer’s Trust and as a member of the Board of Management of the Wolmer’s Trust Schools.

Managing Director (March 1978) retired October 2008 and appointed Chairman (April 1994). Mr. Spaulding serves as a board member of Caribbean Media Corporation, Caribbean News Agency (CANA), National Crime Prevention Fund (CRIMESTOP), PALS Jamaica Limited, Guardsman Communications Limited, Private Security Regulations Authority (PSRA), JN Money Services Limited and GV Media Group in London, St. Andrew Justice of the Peace and Lay Magistrates Association.
GARY ALLEN
MANAGING DIRECTOR, RJR COMMUNICATIONS GROUP
Gary Allen was appointed Deputy Managing Director (June 2006) and appointed Managing Director (October 2008). He was a career journalist and media manager with experience in local, regional and international media. He has served RJR for over 10 years. At the regional level he served the Caribbean Broadcasting Union (CBU), Caribbean News Agency and Caribbean Media Corporation (CMC). In that group he rose to become Chief Operating Officer, profitably managing many media projects such as the Olympic Games in Australia and Greece. He tutors at CARIMAC, UWI from which he is a graduate and is Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Debates Commission and the Chairman of the Media Association of Jamaica and Director of CBU.
PATRICIA ROBINSON, O.D., J.P.

Patricia Robinson, recently retired, continues to serve as a consultant. She is a member of the Coordinating Committee of the Brussells-based, Worldwide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support . She is also a member of the Board of Governors of the G.C. Foster College , St Hugh's High School and Titchfield High School.

LAWRENCE NICHOLSON, Ph.D., M.Sc., B.Sc.

Dr. Nicholson is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Mona School of Business with over a decade of experience in Information Sciences specializing in the areas of Business Statistics, Quantitative Methods and Operations Management.
Dr. Nicholson is currently a member of the Steering Committee that monitors the implementation of a funded project that targets family-owned business in Jamaica implemented by the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica (PSOJ) and is the leader of a consultancy team for the FINPYME Project covering Jamaica, Trinidad & Tobago and Barbados.
He is also currently the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Governors of Mona High School.
