- Event Planning skills and experience
- Ability to work effectively with various departments and personalities
- Ability to think independently and work on own initiative
- Detail oriented and ability to follow through/organized
- Understanding of Digital Media/Marketing
- Tertiary training in Marketing and Sales
- Supervisory training and or experience with marketing and sales teams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and general comfort with technology based tools and solutions
